Rules & Regulations


The academic session consists of two terms:

  • Parents are requested to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. Parents should whole heartedly partake in the activities of the school.
  • Every student should carry his/her diary to school daily.
  • Parents/guardians are requested to check the school diary of their wards daily. Remarks made in the diary should be seen and counter sign the next day as a proof that they have read them.
  • Important phone messages to students and staff members will be received at the office. Teachers and students will not be available to answer telephone calls during class hours.
  • As the medium of instructions is in English, your ward should be held to follow his/her lessons easily and intelligently by a certain amount of English conversation at home.
  • No pupil should be sent to school if suffering from a contagious or infectious disease.
  • Parents are requested to intimate the school office of any change of address or telephone number so that they may be contacted quickly in case of necessity/ emergency.
  • It is compulsory for every student to attend the morning assembly.
  • All parents who are defence personnel are requested to intimate the change of rank or retirement from service to the school office in time, as the same is necessary to revise the school fees of their wards.
  • Long leave to be avoided.
  • No student will be permitted to give gifts to staff or companions.
  • No tips are to be paid to the school staff.


  • Students are advised to take bath every morning.
  • Nails and hair to be trimmed regularly. (Haircut, is compulsory for boys)
  • Ensure strict adherence to the prescribed uniforms, cleanliness and personal hygiene of the children.
  • Handkerchief to be pinned to the uniform.
  • A habit of bringing clean water bottles and napkins to be encouraged (Soft drink/ juice bottles should not be used as water bottles)
  • A spare dress & underclothing to be carried daily to school


Following is the recommended diet schedule for children in school. Parents are requested to co-operate.
